Stabilize moving bumpy shot is it possible?

I would like to know based on everyones knowledge around this community. if its possible to stabilize or enhance a shot like this one.

Warp Stabilizer, available easily in the Motion Tracking workspace, should improve the shot if you use Detailed Analysis and maybe increase the scale a bit. The improvement won't be perfect because there are several spots in the sample shot with some pretty severe motion blur from the bumpy camera move. I don't know of any software that can automatically fix that kind of problem.
