Stuck on "Initializing MediaCore" at launch

My after effects is stuck on "Initializing MediaCore" when trying to open the application.

The only solution that I have found workiing for me so far is to delete the program and tehn reinstall it. 

But since I have had this happen to me 2 times before, making this the 3rd time I just want a solution.

I have searched on the internet for days, literally just reading and watching videos from all of the internet for hours and nothing works.

From deleting the "after effects preferences" to renaming 20+ folders  I can't seem to find a solution. 

Please someone help. Ask me any questions and i'll try to answer them.

Here are my specs if they can help in any way: 

RTX 2060

AMD Ryzen 3700x 

16GB RAM

Sorry for your issue.

Third-party plug-ins, which are installed in the mediacore folder can cause After Effects to stuck at "Initializing Mediacore" during launch. Try renaming or removing the plug-ins from the mediacore folder (except dummy.txt) and see if it brings any change. Location of the folder:

Windows - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore

If it doesn't help, try uninstalling the plug-ins from the Control Panel.
