stupid render time

I have been using  media encoder to render and usually quite complicated 1 minute animations take me only a few minutes to render with h264 but at the moment I have this really simple animation that is bascially just a shape layer with a motion tile moving across the screen for 5 minutes but the render time is 5 hours!!  I dont understand why. Any ideas?

i removed all effects and just had a shape in a comp doing nothing and  ME is telling me 9 hours rendering for h264 youtube 720p

attached are screenshots of premier pro - broken. Media encoder - broken. Adobe software no longer a viable option to complete my projects.

So you're saying that everything was fine...rendering projects all the time...  

Then, suddenly 5 hours for just a shape layer with with motion tile.?

Then, suddenly 9 hours for just a shape layer without motion tile?

Then suddenly all of your Adobe software stopped working?
