Nope, but you can make a solid, eyedropper one of the colors, and then do the color swap on the shape.  If it takes any more than 20 seconds, you're doing it wrong.

Another option is to select the shape layer, press the U key twice to reveal all modified properties, click the fill color and copy (Ctrl/Cmnd + c), then click the fill eyedropper and sample the stroke color, then select the stroke color and paste (Ctrl/Cmbd + v). Takes about 2 seconds.

Rather fast Indeed,  thank you ! My own workaround -- click on Fill or Stroke icon in the upper menu with Opt/Alt several times till the needed option (no color, solid or gradient) is chosen.

Also worth noting if you switch on the system color picker (Edit > Preferences > General) then you can use the 'custom' slots to store a set of chips - such as a corporate color palette - that you can use anywhere in the application.
