Team Project won't open

I have tried to reopen a team project that I was working on last night, however I am getting an error saying that the project was edited on a newer version of After Effects. The thing is I am currently on the newest version (18.2). Does anyone have any suggestions so I can open the file again?

I would try opening it using the Beta version

Just downloaded the Beta version and I'm getting the same error. I've included a screenshot of what I am getting.
