text effects error

I'm trying to use the default after effect text effects and it tells me there is an error importing the effect. I already uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn't work.

If you mean something else, you have to explain and provide the necessary information about your system and all that.

You don't import Animation Presets, you apply them by selecting a layer and dragging or double-clicking on the Preset in the Effects And Presets Panel.

I think I found the problem. After effect is loading presets from a folder that is empty. That's why it gives me an error. How can I make it load the effects from the folder where the files are installed?
