Text is automatically pre-composed when I use 'Replace with After Effects Composition'

For my workflow, I tend to replace text in Premiere Pro with After Effects Compositions. I do this because I like to add text whilst structuring the edit and then work on the text animations later.

My problem is Adobe Dynamic Link pre-composes text by default when you 'Replace with After Effects composition'. This is annoying and can be quite time-consuming when working with lots of text layers.

Is there any way of changing the default behaviour of text layers when using Adobe Dynamic Link so that text layers DO NOT pre-compose?

Thanks in advance!
