the application was unable to start correctly 0xc000007b error

so i've been trying to solve this issue for 10hrs now and still nothing. tried everything possible but still nothing. and it only does it with after effects and media encoder. photoshop is running fine but AE and ME are not. please help

Try downloading and installing the "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019":

On a 64-bit OS: Make sure you're downloading and installing both vc_redist.x86.exe (32-bit) and vc_redist.x64.exe (64-bit) versions.

Try also remove your exiting version using the Cleaner tool and reinstall everything again
