The problem of H264, when the project was completed after 2024 and after the project was exported, there were flaws in the sector and image constantly jamming, please help me who got this problem.

What GPU are you using? Are you running on the latest GPU drivers? Are you exporting using Hardware Encoding or Software Encoding?

GPU type: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti
What is the difference between the two encodings?

Hardware encoding will use the GPU. It can be faster but is also reliant on the GPU drivers working, of which there were a recent set of NVIDIA drivers that broke H.264 encoding.

Software encoding will use the CPU. Slower but a reliable implementation.
