This total timeline is 5sec. Without intact this I wish to have time scale like this. How is it possible?

0.00f      05f     10f      15f      20f………………………………05.00f

I tried to zoom in using bottom scale but it did not work, 5sec is going apart from the view and vanishing.

thant's will be different regarding your composition frame rate, so change your frame rate to 30fps or 25fps and you should get the value you want
