Tracers on the screen while altering layer properties

I reduce the scale of a layer and get tracers that stay on the screen.

toggling visibility only works when toggling on....it never toggles off.

The screen becomes a mess right away, and working is impossible.

Anyone?  Ideas?  

Newest version.

Worked fine before the change.

Drivers are updated and working.

Losing my mind, and about to lose clients.

If I flip from one comp to another and back....the screen resets....but some things still won't toggle off.

I like your style.  Telling people to get off their butt and help you seems like an effective way to get help. 🙂
