When TrkMat for layer "Medium Gray-Cyan Solid2 was None it shows TEXT letter when TrkMat was change to Alpha Matt "text", letter TEXT became blur and again it was reverse to previous setting but letter TEXT was vanished. How to explain this?

You have to re-enable the layer. Click where the little eyeball is on the very left of the layer. You can see all the other layers have the eyeball checked but the text layer doesn't.
