Trouble finding Workspace .xml files.

So adobe site says After Effects workspaces can be found here "(Windows) [drive]:\Users\[user_name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\After Effects\[version]\ModifiedWorkspaces" but I dont have an "AppData" folder under my user folder.

Uploading workspaces to the adobe cloud seems like a given. I wish there was a way for me to easily find and backup my workspace xml's.  Anyone run in to this problem or have a solution?

AppData is a hidden folder at default setting. You turn on Hidden items.

There's a button in AE's Preferences Window that takes you to the main settings/prefs files folder. It's at the bottom left - see image below.
