Unable to generate the image when exporting After Effects project

I can't export my afetr effect file to media encoder. An error message is displayed "Unable to generate the image". But I don't understand why.
Has this ever happened to anyone ?

Update your system's graphics driver and check the hardware acceleration options in AME and AE.

Welcome to the community.

As the expert suggested, update your GPU driver. If that doesn't help-

• Are you using any third-party plug-ins?
• Have you tried exporting using After Effects Render Queue instead of Media Encoder?
• What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?

If you are a Windows user, you launch AfterFX.exe by Run as administrator (Right-click) . This may work.
