Unable to grab dots when using puppet tool

So this is my first time using After Effects and its After Effect 2018, I was using Puppet tool and haven't figure out how to unlock the grabbing dots. When I copy and paste it to another seconds layer it automatically reset all dots that I animated. Please help me solve this problem even though I'm using 2018 AE

These dot are markers not keyframes so you cannot select them. Press U and your keyframes will be revealed anthey can be selected
