Unable to restart on safe mode

I have issues with the last version. I tried to launch the app in safe mode but it's wont let me even clic on the safe mode window. It crashed. I installed a earlier version, same problem!

Anyone with this issue?

Are you able to launch After Effects normally? If not, do you see any error messages or crash reports? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
