I was using puppet pin tool. My character already has a few pins and some of them are animated. Now when I click on one I've got an error message: After Effects error: Crash in progress. Last logged message was: <11768> <RenderThreadExecutor> <1>Creating executor with 16 threads. After Effects can't continue: sorry, After Effects has crashed. Thank you for reporting this issue, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this crash.
First and foremost, has the Crash Reporter dialog shown up after these crashes and have you submitted the crash report with your Creative Cloud email? The crash report contains vital information for us to diagnose the cause of the crash, so please submit those if you can.
