Vertically orientated Tools panel

Is there a way of running the Tools panel vertically (like in Photoshop, Ilustrator etc.)?

Sorry, you cannot move it around like a panel because it is a Bar, not a Panel.

The Tools Bar can be turned on and off (Ctrl/Cmnd + 1) but cannot be repositioned in the UI. It contains the Tools, a Workspace list that you can edit and rearrange, the sync settings menu button, and the Search Help field.

Thanks for the reply - I thought that might be the case.

Maybe I'll submit a suggestion then since I think it would be good to have.
