Can I know how to take video of my hand empty and then add for example something as if I am holding it although my hand is empty how do I do that

That entirely depends on what the shot looks like. Sure, some form of tracking and perhaps a ton of other things, but we really cannot advise specifically until you show us what you have.

Hi, the term you are looking for is "compositing". As Mylenium says it depends on the shot, but if you look up some basic compositing tutorials that shouldd give you the general ideas.
