video does not play when previewing

Hi. I am having a problem while working with After effects. When I press the spacebar to play my video for viewing, it lags and does not play it at all, that is, it just stands still. I reinstalled different versions 3 times, tried all the methods on the Internet - it does not work. Windows 10, 64 bit system
