Video Renders Incorrectly Spatially (Left Side of Composition moves to Right Edge of Rendered Video)

I'm seeing an issue the last few days where when I export from AE to Media Encoder, both the preview in Media Encoder as well as the rendered video, renders incorrectly in that the left ~10% of my video renders on the far right of the video. I was not having this previously and do not believe I changed any settings which may cause this but any ideas of what I could check? My workaround has been to simply render within AE using the Render Queue and that renders the video correctly. Thanks in advance!

Update: I tried creating an entirely new render preset using one of the default presets and modifying it to my needs and the same output occurred.

I think I've seen it reported as a bug somewhere in the forums.

Open the Creative Cloud App, go to All Apps, click on the three dots to the right of the Open button for After Effects, and select previous versions to roll After Effects back one version. This should solve your problem until a new build addresses the problem.
