Wacom Intuos 5 touch problem

Hello,

I am on a MacOs Catalina, Intel Core i9 machine.

I installed the latest driver for my Wacom tablet and this error happens:

When I want to scroll down in any of my menu's while in AE, it doesn't work with 2 fingers.

When I am on another program, for instance my browser and AE is in the background (like not

active) and I hover over AE, I can scroll. As soon as I hop over to AE, it stops working.

What is happening and what is the fix...?

One older version of the driver sometimes works better with the certain version of After Effects. Would you try it?
