warning message when starting after effects 2022

Can anyone tell me why I keep getting this error message? I click "ok" and After Effects seems to load just fine. I can use the program and get no other error mesages but I get this warning every time I load the program. I uninstalled and re-installed it and I stll get the message. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Would you also try to reset the preference settings?

I did but I'm still getting the warning message. very frustrating because it stops the loading process and yet when I click "ok" everything seems to load properly
