Just a question really , is it possible to use the warpomatic effect in between every frame in a comp? if so how?
thanks

Probably not, as you need to set a Blend Span. Something like CC Glass might be a better option if you're trying to create a diaplacement/distortion look. (Several of ) Cycore's included plugins can produce similar looking results but are set up to focus on specific workflows.

thank you i will try out your suggestion! its trying to get a fluid looking transition between frames morph one frame into another on 5 second delay has proven to be quite elusive!

shame you cant do these warp transition and set them as a "default" so you can add them to all of the frames at once

Now I'm confused. You want the warpomatic transition on every frame, but each frame lasts 5 seconds?
Can you post a screenshot of your timeline and comp window so I can see if I can follow what you're trying to do?

just trying to get a cross dissolve like the fade in and fade out but with the distortion effect instead. i have alot of stills which stay on for 5 seconds each and they fade inbetween each other but overlayed over this effect a warping type effect. just trying to see if this is possible..!

That sounds like you're trying to use the Warpomatic effect exactly as it is intended.
If you want to add lots of images, the Animation > Keyframe Assistant > Sequence Layers can help. Just add all your images, select them all and trim them to 10 seconds (?) - the ] key can set the outpoints.
Then copy the warpomatic effect to them.
You will have to go into each image's effect and change the layer to reveal.
Then use Sequence layers with an overlap of 5 seconds and the layers will be spaced out along the timeline.

This is so great of you to show me this many thanks! So with this method you get a kind of rippling/warping between each and every frame? as they blend/overlay each other. I will try this to see if its the look i am after.
Again many thanks ...
