I was wondering how you make a clip darker like in the image, if its brightness and contrast what would the settings be and if you need a mode what would it be?

No one can tell you the settings or even give you much of a hint if they cannot see the original and the color-corrected version.
Lumetri gives you the largest set of controls in a single Effect. It looks like a combination of Saturation, Contrast, maybe Curves and some Highlight and Shadow adjustments in the image. Curves will also help. Open up the Color Workspace, add Lumetry, and start fiddling with these controls to start working on your color grading.
The other option is to open Lumetry, the Creative Section, and experiment with the available presets. When you get close, go back to the other controls and fine-tune your image. When I color grade a movie, almost every shot has slightly different settings. That is how it's done. No one setting works perfectly with every image. They all take some fiddling.
