What is This green Circle?

I replaced a clip with AE comp in premier, and when it came to AE it had this green circle. What is it or why did it come like this?

I am I feel like it came with an effect I added.

I meant to add... it stays even if I delete all the filters and effects.

Looks like the vignette radius for Lumetri. I'd check that.

I wasn't stopping anything I just needed to know. I thought it was something like that because of the handles but didn't see it checked at first.
