When i open a team project in after effects none of my work, files, or compositions are there.

I had been working on a team project and moved my downloads to a different location. I'm pretty sure there were no files that I used in my downloads, but there may have been. After I relaunched the team project, all my compositions, files, and work were missing. The team project opens, and I can add files and make compositions, but there is no previous work. Is there any way to get it back? I am on after effects version 17.7, and have an i7-9700k, 1660ti, 16gb ram.

You can select a missing asset in the Project Panel and press Enter to select the name and copy it. Then search your system for that file name. If it is not located then you'll have to search your CC Drive or have other team members make the files available.

No, what happened is all of the files in my project panel are just gone. Like every single one, as well as the compositions, Its not like the footage got unlinked, but there is literally no placeholder for the files. It is just a blank workspace.

If there is nothing in the team that shared AEP then something went wrong with the network or somebody deleted or moved the original AEP file. I've had problems before when one of the members was on a slow connection and they made a procedural error.
