When I try to transport AE Videos to my phone they never show up.

Hello, i'm currently very new to AE and I am using it to make edits. Recently, I finished my first edit and I was extremely excited to finally post it and show my friends, however, when I used file sharing apps and many other methods that people have suggested, the video would never load on my phone. It always says that the file cannot be loaded, I really do not know how to fix this and I've tried everything I can to get it to send to my phone, for example I've used apps such as Airmove or SendAnywhere, I've also tried to email myself and use google drive but none of those work either. I'm using a Samsung/android phone so I don't have access to things such as icloud, please help!

What kind of computer do you have? are you able to simply share it via bluetooth?

If you export to H264 using Adobe Media Encoder Queue, your movies should play directly on your phone.  In AME, set the Format to H264 and the preset to Match Source - High Bitrate.  There are several presets for H264, but you should be fine with Match Source - High Bitrate for your intended use of the movie file.

Including copying the resulting MP4 file directly to your phone, you can upload it to YouTube or Vimeo to show via those services or to Google Drive or Dropbox to show via those services.

If I had to guess, you're currently rendering to Best Settings / Lossless in the After Effects Render Queue.  Depending on which version of AE that you're using, that's an Animation compressed QuickTime movie file or an uncompressed Video for Windows file.  While those are high resolution formats, they're not appropriate for mobile and/or web as is.

The obvious question:  Are you by chance trying to send .aep files to your phone?
