i dont think thats the case because my friend has the same exact hitfilm file as i do but he doesnt get the error code

You may have loaded a template or the file is locked on your system. Try doing a Save As and give it a new name or try unlocking the file on your system using the info tools in your finder or folder panel.

this error code doesnt pop up in a certain file it happens in every project i make
