Where Did Frame Skipping Selection for Preview Go?

Too laggy to properly playback my video in realtime. Where did the frame skip option go?

From your screengrabs, it looks like it is enabled to Skip every other frame, for the Spacebar. You can increase the number from 1 to a higher number. Skip 2 or 3 is not a bad alternative and could be preferred on most previews where you are only keen to view how layers intereact and layout with less emphasis on exacting motion design which most often comes after you are satisfied with the layout and general movement.
