why does mir3 effect in after effect Disarrange colors and reduce quality?

i have a problem with Mir3 effect, when i use it in after effect and watch preview in the app there is no problem, but when i export the video by H264 in media encoder the part of video that Mir3 effect  is used, reduse quality and dissarange colors.

You are probably experiencing hardware acceleration issues. Impossible to say more. You have not provided any screenshots and exact info about your system and settings.
