Why doesn't AE support Bezier keyframe interpolation on masks?

New Here ,

Why can't I use bezier interpolation on animated mask path keyframes? For example, I'm simply trying to get easing in and out of position keyframes and it won't do it (the option is greyed out)

Both AE and PR only allow liner interpolation. This doesn't make sense to me. Help.

Works fine for me. What version of AE are you using?

Looking at this, I assume you are talking about Spatial interpolation? I guess it's just not available anymore for mask paths. I would just use the value/speed graph.

If youre trying to achieve easing you want to be using temporal interpolation anyway.  If you are also wanting spatial interpolation (bezier handles) use the Create Nulls From Paths script located under the Window menu and animate the nulls.  heres a deep dive   Probably more information than you are asking for but alot of good information that could come in "HANDY"   haha.     https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXI-pdu14a4
