Why don't rendering to mp4?

I want to render video on javascript.

but After effects can't use mp4 render. 

If you know way that render mp4 on script, please tell me it.

You can create an MP4 in Adobe Media Encoder, included in the subscription. After Effects has a direct link to send your composition to AME through Composition > Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue...

Adobe Media Encoder cannot use on script, no sdk, no way connecting...

I want to render mp4 on script. no GUI.

If rendering by AME is not acceptable for you you can render to something lossless from AE and converting it to mp4 in AME. Or you can use plugin like After Codecs for example.
