checking the layer visibility, the work area settings, or resetting your workspace. If effects seem fine, also double-check your GPU settings or try clearing the cache. If none of that works, restarting AE or even reinstalling might help refresh things.

You may just be looking at an area away from the canvas (the visible area of the Comp panel).

Try zooming to 100% and then using the Fit command using the Magnification dropdown on the lower left of the comp panel.

Were you able to fix the issue? If not, here are some steps to try:

ā€¢ Close After Effects
ā€¢ Go to the Device Manager (Run >> devmgmt.msc)
ā€¢ Select Display Adapter, Right click on the "Intel UHD graphic card".
ā€¢ Select "Update Driver"
ā€¢ Select "Browse my Computer"
ā€¢ Select "Let me Pick from a list of available drivers on my Computer".
ā€¢ Select "Microsoft Display Adapter".
ā€¢  Launch After Effects.

Thanks,
Nishu
