Ever Since I made this video project: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x-9SI2dkmS4&ab_channel=UYSOCONSTRUCTION my After Effects has been very slow, to the point where working in it is impossible. I used to have no lag/slow problems with the software before (2020's) and my premiere pro never had slowing down issues, but simply put After Effects is my go-to software with any kind of creative project of mine. Is there anything I could do, or would a complete pc format be neccesary (or switching to an older AE version)? Thank you.
