Why there is no Dolly towards cursor tool in my Toolbar?

There is no Dolly Towards cursor tool in my Toolbar.. What should i do?

Looks like you are using an older version of After Effects (the latest versions have slightly different controls). 

The Camera icon in your tool is currently set to Unified (meaning it has all the axis enabled and right-clicking and moving ggets the camera to move.  Click on the icon and hold to expand the menu and you should see the other options.
