Since there's been no further update about the Windows version of the issue that was "fixed" for Macs (and yes, I understand, Windows money isn't nearly as valuable as Mac money to Adobe), I was wondering if WINDOWS users will ever get a fix that makes this work.
Honestly, I'm paying the same price as all the other Mac users and there's been deafening silence on this matter for quickly going on a month now.
PLEASE provide an update. Your MAC fix did not fix Windows.

Hi ALTERhythm,
Thanks for writing in.
The issue which was fixed in 22.0.1, is not specific to macOS. It was caused by aerendercore not being terminated if it was invoked via dynamic link.
If updating to 22.0.1 did not fix the Dynamic Link at your end, you are hitting another bug. Use of Cinema 4D renderer or Cineware effect in the project causes Dynamic Link to not function properly. This one is Windows specific and the After Effects team is working on a fix.
Both the issues are listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/kb/known-issues-after-effects.html
Sorry for the inconvenience. Let us know if there are any other questions.
Thanks,
Nishu

The fix in 22.0.1 never fixed Windows. Plenty of Windows users have commented in the thread that it fixed nothing.
I don't use Cinema 4D or Cineware. Not since the upgrade to 22.0 on AE and AME have they worked. If I add to AME from AE, it stares at me like I should know it won't work. If I go into AME and import an AE project, it never connects. I've tried running everything in Admin mode, no difference.
So I'm using the last version on both, and that's not good. I'd like to upgrade, but the disruption to the workforce isn't worth it.
But I'm not the only one with this issue and we've heard literally nothing about it.
I would appreciate someone offering a fix that doesn't involve me rendering in AE and then rendering again in AME.
