Add smart guides, snapping & guides like in Illustrator or Photoshop

It would be great to see conistency troughout Adobe CC regarding the snapping of shapes/objects/guides.
After Effects is missing smart guides and the ability to snap guides to the edges of the composition (while Photoshop and Illustrator can both do this).

I've noticed this has been a request for a while now so would be great to see this finally implemented.
