Would be great to see consistency troughout the creative cloud regarding Free Transform.
Illustrator does the best job in my opinion with the different ways you can transform an object using the alt/shift/option keys (same as the 'Legacy Free Transform' in Photoshop which they decided to make inconsitent for some reason)
