Luckily, you can do it easily with script written by any AI. I made few scritps for copying markers and comments from layer to comp markers and vice versa, distribute and sync markers over the whole projects.. you name it.. 
I recommend claude.ai to do this. Just write "make script for after effects which will copy markers from active comp to all selected comps in project panel" and you will see the miracle.. Just save it as .js and run it in AE (or link to hotkey, make button if you use K-Bar or similar..) and voila.. things are done.. !
PS claude.ai is free if you do not need many scripts per day and you are not in hurry..
