I have been researching how to containerize After Effects rendering nodes since last year. During that time, I happened to come into contact with Azure's App Service. I believe that Microsoft Azure's support for Windows containers should be the most comprehensive among all the competitors. So, I decided to try it out, and the process went smoothly. It was quite easy to deploy our rendering nodes to the cloud 🙂

Since the deployment and setup process were not too complicated, I decided to turn this whole process into a small GitHub project this year, making it convenient for others in need to use. In the future, if Microsoft Azure introduces other products that better support the use of Windows containers, I can continue to research these new products to see if they can be more seamlessly integrated with AE.
