I wish there was an alternative to "time remap"

You know how you can take a clip in premiere (on the timeline) and right click it and say speed and choose whatever number you want? I wish I could do that in after effects and not this time remap nonsense. I dont want to do any math I just want to type in a percentage number just like how I do it in premiere.  Is there some kind of 3rd party plugin that can help me? I have slo mo footage and I tried right clicking and choosing time stretch. But when I typed in stretch factor 350, I dont think it sped up the clip. I think it stretched it LONGER to 350% slower. This tool doesnt operate like premiere. Looking for one where I can type in 350% on a slow mo clip and it speeds it up 350%.

Not what I'm looking for. I applied Twixtor and it did the same thing as Premiere's "speed" tool

It's called Time Stretch.

Right-click on the clip, Time > Time Stretch.

It looks very similar to the Premiere Pro panel.

It's called Time Stretch, it uses the reverse numbering system of Premiere Pro's Speed/Duration.

So 100 is the current speed.

200 would stretch the clip. It's duration would be twice as long and play half as fast.

50 would contract the duration of the clip making it shorter and play twice as fast.
There is also an effect called Time Warp that can control the playback speed of a clip as well.

Stretching time makes things longer: a 300% stretch is three times longer. There should be no confusion here.

In Premiere Pro, you change Speed, so a 300% increase in speed decreases the time by 300%. That means you divide 1 minute by 3 and get 30 seconds. Again, no confusion here.

Twixtor's interface is the same as Premiere Pro's, but it is expensive, and many users will not want to spend the money.

The backward-ness is awkward.  Not what I'm looking for.
