Make audio keyframes editable with popup, just like all other keyframing

I can right-click on a position keyframe and edit... please make this possible for audio keyframes!!

When you do this, the Audio Panel should pop open or reveal itself, which will allow you to adjust the values for the keyframe. It is different than the dialogs that pop up for other keyframes, which we are looking into resolving.
