Set Screen Zoom and Scroll Navigation

Instead of being used for zoom use the scroll feature for scrolling and have the screen zoom as a locked position that we can increase and decrease using option scroll or (Command) + (+ and -). Having my zoom increments change every time I touch my magic mouse is frustrating.

The multi-touch surface of the Apple Magic Mouse with Multi-Touch Surface is very sensitive.

I've found it helpful to reduce the Scrolling Speed when using that mouse instead of something with a scroll wheel like the Logitech MX Anywhere 3 mouse.

Apple menu > System Settings, click Accessibility in the sidebar, then click Pointer Control on the right. (You may need to scroll down.). Then click Mouse Options and slide the Scrolling Speed option to the left.
