Figure 1. Web page that is launched by numerous commands on the Help menu.

Figure 2. The highlighted commands all go to the same website (that which is depicted in Figure 1).
Hello Adobe Community,
My name is Brian. I am an astrophysicist. I use Adobe software primarily for creating educational videos.
As a user of Adobe After Effects 25.3, I went to the Help menu for help using the product.
I clicked the following commands, thinking that they would lead to online Help on their related function:
- After Effects Help
- After Effects Online Tutorials
- Scripting Help
- Expression Reference
- Effect Reference
- Animation Presets
- Keyboard Shortcuts
ALL the commands on the Help menu, that are listed above, ALL launch the user's default Web browser (as depicted in Figure 1) and point it to:
https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html
This is not useful. It is also not 100% clear why these commands are even here in the first place, if all of them simply go to the same website (as depicted in Figure 1).
I call upon Adobe to either:
- Get rid of all the redundant menu items, and replace them with a single menu item called, for example, Adobe Support Site..., that leads to the website depicted in Figure 1; or
- Change the implementation of the existing menu item(s) so that each loads the appropriate, respective website containing the designated information.
Thank you.
