Using a tinted variant of the layer colour label to show on the layer opacity is zero

Would it be possible to tint a layers colour when its Opacity is 0? (Similar to how Premiere Pro handles clips that are not enabled)

This could be a good time saver to see at a glance which layers are currently contributing to the composition without twirling into Opacity on multiple layers. See the mock up below.  Thanks 🙂
