(515) (25 :: 101) problem

Hello my name is syfe and whenever i want to use 3d camera tracking i get this error pop up saying After Effects error: Could not launch Adobe Analysis Server. (515) (25 :: 101).

My PC:

- Graphics Card: GTX 1660

- Processor: Intel core i5

Please help.

Thanks for reaching out. I see that you are not able to track camera in After Effects.

Would you mind sharing the following information so that we can understand the issue better:

1. What's the exact version of After Effects you're using: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-find-the-exact-version-of-after-effects-you-...
2. What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?
3. Do you have any software by the name RelevantKnowledge installed on your computer? If yes, please uninstall it and then check if you get the issue. It helped one of the users.

I am using cc 2020 version of after effects, I already tried uninstalling RelevantKnowledge but I don't have it.

CPU: Intel Core i5-9400F

GPU: Gtx 1650 4gb

RAM: 8 GB

OS: Windows 10
