After Effects Project that is from Envato Element. The project which I downloaded was not the same version wiht my After effects in my Mac. So it is converted to the last version. But When I am trying to open converted version, It can not open. And it is giving an error which is crashing error. I need your support please.
Did you try contacting Envato? If not, I'd recommend you do so and see if they can help. If that doesn't work, try importing the project file into a new project.
