Whenever i put a mp3 or mp4 clip into adobe it is auto speeding up everything. What can i do to make it not auto speed up any clips i put in?

Did you rec with a smartphone your clip? Because may your clip are in Variable Bit Rate and you have to set it to Constant Bit Rate. Try transcoding your clips with HandBrake before imports into After Effects.
