Adobe After Effects is broken for me

 So I load into after effects, create a new project and I get to the project board. I try to import my videos that I edited in Premiere but it shows the transform tool over an invisible video. If I use the tranform tool, a black screen pops up. A few seconds later, my mouse goes into loading and loads... for a long time forcing a force quit....Help

Long and short: Your hardware acceleration isn't working right. Check the relevant settings in the preferences, the comp viewer, the preview panel and revert to software-only mode. Since this is a DynamicLink-ed Premiere project, the same applies to the respective settings there as well, including the sequence settings.

Setting it to software only is suppose to make the video in slow motion?
